• This price includes a welcome cleaning and the diagnostic report on the condition of your bicycle (the first time you bring it in) will be deducted from the budgeted service carried out in the workshop and In case of cancellation without notifying at least 2 hours in advance, no refund will be made.

• Remember: Is It is essential to provide as much information as possible about what is happening to the bicycle. in the additional information section to be able to have everything prepared and offer the best service

• Our promise: The maximum repair delivery time is 24 hours (except for parts availability problems)

• We are committed to repairing your bicycle within 24 hours (excluding weekends and/or lack of stock of parts). If this is not met, we will compensate you with the amount of the reservation for your repair.

• We inform you that we reserve the right to modify or cancel the appointment for internal organizational reasons.
