Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within a period that will expire 14 calendar days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, purchased the item without having to provide any type of reason.
To exercise the right of return, you must tell us the item and order number by attaching the invoice/sale ticket to our email (bikearea.store@gmail.com). We will send the necessary instructions to make the return when returning the item. corresponding material.

Consequences of withdrawal

Package shipping
Shipping costs to the Peninsula (Spain) are free from €25. The delivery time for orders is 3-5 business days.
You have the option of receiving your order EXPRESS in 24 hours for orders placed before 6:00 p.m. and 48 hours for orders after 6:00 p.m. for an additional cost of €9.95.
This EXPRESS service is free for purchases over €100.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands/Canary Islands and Portugal have a higher cost, so contact us for shipping costs to any other part of the world.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
To process the collection and shipping of Suspensions, it is important that you send them to us in a box large enough to accommodate your products and that you package them in such a way that they cannot move or suffer damage during shipping.
