DESCRIPTION
The SRAM Force AXS 12V chain is light, silent and resistant, with many new features to achieve the best performance.
The Flattop links that make up this chain have a flat top. This semi-solid structure makes the component 36% stronger and 30% more durable according to SRAM. This advance comes at the same time as the change from 11 to 12 speeds in the road cassette, but will soon also reach the MTB.
The chain is narrower to allow more clearance between the outside of the links and the sprockets. This will make it easier to mount it on the rear derailleur and ensure silent operation. The chain has undergone a chrome treatment, always to give it more resistance and a smoother gear change.
The chain has a PowerLock quick link for easy attachment. And like the rest of SRAM chains, this model has also been manufactured in Coimbra, Portugal.
